Surcaribe en México
May 28 to June 4, the Orchestra Sur Caribe and his Director Ricardo Leyva and sharing scenes with the sexteto Santa Barbara and Odit Osnell will be bottled in promotional plan FOREVER HAVANA in Mexico. Giving the opportunity to the Aztec brothers to enjoy Cuban music. Within the main activities to develop they are:

Surcaribe in the X Feria Cubadisco 2006
The past May 20 in the Karl Marx Theatre took place Cubadisco 2006 awards ceremony where Surcaribe was rewarded in two of its three nominations, in the categories of better Design Graphic and better video Clip both prizes thanks to the more recent production discography of Ricardo Leyva “Credential ".
The Closing of so important activity was in charge of the contagious music of Surcaribe who hill the night with all the elegance and distinction that it characterizes them making dance all with the so liked Nostalgia for the Conga that was also winning as the topic of Song of the year in Cubadisco 2006.
The great party of the Cuban disk in its X edition will continue up to May 28, offering to all the Cubans and companies of other parts of the world the opportunity to enjoy the good Cuban music. |

Surcaribe in May Romerias
|
During
these days, when the city of the parks is celebrating the XIII edition
of May Romerias, a religious tradition brought back and recovered
by Association Hermanos Saiz (AHS), and which has
been gathering during more than 13 years natives and visitors from
all over the world, Surcaribe orchestra is actively participating
all along this event to bring joy to its public and fans.

Surcaribe in 9th Biennial of Havana
|
Now
a day, when the main Cuban City is ready to meet the 9th Biennial
of Havana. Surcaribe directed by Mr. Ricardo Leyva whispering the
so popular song Añoranza por la Conga, has hot been away
from this important event and was present in opening of this activity.
This was a new opportunity to enjoy his music, demonstrating once
more that Surcaribe is able to make dance every one indistinctly
of age or gender.

Surcaribe in Musicuba

23 March past in Atril lounge of “Karl Marx” Theatre, took place the launching of the most recent discography production of Ricardo Leyva and his orchestra Surcaribe.
During the press conference held in the occasion of this new CD, Ricardo expressed his satisfaction with this CD titled “Credenciales”.
Recognized cultural personalities attending the meeting took advantage of the occasion to congratulate Leyva.
CD “Credenciales” exceeded all expectations songs as “Añoranza por la Conga” and “El Patatum” have become an ineludible reason for buying this CD.
